Psychological Assessment and Therapy

I am a Clinical Psychologist working in Brighton and the South-East, offering  psychological assessment and therapy for people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, confidence, relationship difficulties, body dysmorphia, weight management, psychodermatology and bariatric surgery support.

With over 24 years post-qualification experience, I am able to offer supportive and effective therapy for people with emotional difficulties, long-term health problems, and issues with weight management and emotional/binge eating. I work with EMDR, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness and psychosocial models of wellbeing. Read more about EMDR here.

I see patients at comfortable and accessible consulting rooms near Preston Park in Brighton. I am occasionally able to offer home visits when appropriate.

Patients Comments

You made me feel immediately at ease… You were friendly, but professional and incisive, getting the facts when

many people are evasive and put up barriers to conceal reality. You followed up our sessions with an excellent report, which was appreciated by the doctor. Overall an excellent experience with the sessions very helpful and supportive.
